The information below contains everything you need to help with planning your visit to our Winter Festival 2019 (29 November – 1 December). Each year we host festival events in a variety of different venues in and around Cambridge city centre. Events for the Winter Festival 2019 take place in the following venues:

Walking Between Venues

Please allow enough time to get to your event venue.

If you are late to an event you will only be admitted at the discretion of the steward(s).

Festival Box Office
Where to collect your tickets

The Festival Box Office is run by Cambridge Live Tickets. During the Winter Festival 2019, the Box Office will be located as below to buy and collect pre-booked tickets:

Friday 29 November (from 3pm): Cambridge Union Foyer

Saturday 30 November & Sunday 1 December (from 9am): the Old Divinity School, St John’s College

All tickets must be collected or purchased here during the festival. Tickets will not be available to collect on the door of the event you are attending.

Please allow enough time to collect your tickets before your event starts, to provide for queuing and travel between venues. It can take up to 20 minutes to walk from the Box Office to festival event venues.

Festival Bookshop

Our festival bookshop is run by Heffers (Blackwells) and will be located in all three venues during the festival.

Book sales and signings will take place in the same venue as the event.

You can also visit Heffers Bookshop all year round on Trinity Street, CB2 1TY.
