Priority Booking
Available to friends of the festival ahead of General Sale.
Friends of the festival
Friends can purchase 2 tickets during priority booking for themselves and a guest, both ticket holders can stand together in the priority queue. Membership cards should be shown to stewards at the venue.
Best Friends, Benefactors and Patrons can use their 10% discount during priority booking period. Benefactors and Patrons can redeem complimentary tickets against festival events.
A Friends Desk will be located next to the Box Office during the festival for renewals or general enquiries.

Unsold tickets will be available to purchase during the festival weekend online and at the box office.

Tickets
All tickets can be found in your online account. You do not need to print out tickets. Go to My Events and click on ‘Print’, then show the ticket on your mobile device at the door or print out a paper copy. Each ticket will have a unique bar code that will be scanned at the venue to allow entry. Tickets will not be posted.
Pricing
Ticket prices vary for each event. A £2.00 booking fee will be added to all ticket orders to cover the administration cost associated with our box office function.
Refunds & exchanges
Refunds for unused tickets will only be made where an event is sold out or cancelled. If your event is sold out or cancelled and you do not want a refund, you can exchange your ticket for another event at the festival, subject to availability. If you are unable to use your ticket or wish to exchange it, please contact us at least 48hrs before the festival starts.

Covid Policy
Our aim is to keep you safe during your visit. We will be following all recommended government guidelines and will announce any changes closer to the time of the festival.
Programme
All programme details are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change programmes and artists if circumstances dictate. In the event of cancellations tickets will be refunded.
Children
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults will require their own ticket. Ticket concessions for children are available at all events, except children’s events where the ticket price is already offered at a reduced rate.
Concessions
We offer concession on ticket prices for the following people, proof of entitlement may be required.
- Young people – aged 25 and under
- Children – aged 14 and under
- Registered unemployed
- Disabled people (carers go free, please contact us for a complimentary ticket).
Young Person standby tickets
People aged 25 and under can purchase full-price adult tickets at half-price on the day of the event, subject to availability. Please visit the Box Office at the Old Divinity School for more information.
