2026 is The National Year of Reading
What better way to celebrate the joy of reading than by joining hundreds of other book lovers at our Spring Festival in April. The festival will run from Wednesday 22 until Sunday 26 April and will once again be across Cambridge in venues including the University Arms Hotel, The Cambridge Union, The Palmerston Room and The Old Divinity School.
We are busy finalising the programme and will be releasing first names in January – keep an eye out for newsletters and, if you haven’t already done so, sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know. You will also receive news about our plans for the National Year of Reading.
With over 50 events in the full programme, it’s going to be a busy festival with lots to see and do.
FREE Children’s Festival
TICKETS AVAILABLE FROM FRI 13 FEB
Tickets will be made available for our free Children’s Festival on Friday 13 Feb to make sure everyone has an equal chance of attending and sharing in the fun.
We are super excited to once again share our love of books with all ages, especially in the Year of Reading.
This year we are delighted and hugely grateful to announce that our Children’s Festival will be supported by Waterbeach.
