Along the way, she has discovered new inner confidence, community and the power of friendship. Join Sophie as she shares how these have helped her through tough challenges, from losing loved ones and overcoming injuries, to interviewing the Prime Minister.

Sophie Raworth is one of the BBC’s main evening newsreaders, a presenter and journalist, and is well known as a marathon runner, regularly presenting and giving talks about her running adventures. She took up running in her 40s and now has a monthly column in Runner’s World.
