Writer, journalist, and occasional stand-up comedian Mike Rampton joins the festival to share his most hilarious and interesting facts that you don’t learn in school. From how to milk a cow, to the history of the duckbilled platypus, Mike has all the answers in his new book, Become a Genius in a Year!

Author Biography
Mike Rampton is an author and journalist who lives in a very pleasant village near Cambridge. His house is a mess and he’s really tired. His first book for children, There’s No Such Thing As A Silly Question was published in October 2024. He writes regularly for the ipaper, Mental Floss, Kerrang! and anyone else who asks nicely.
