Critically-acclaimed cookery writer and broadcaster Yasmin Khan invites us to enjoy delicious meals that are good for the health of people and the planet. Her new book Sabzi takes its name from the Persian word for ‘fresh greens and herbs’, and celebrates the best of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South Asian flavours. Come to hear how Yasmin’s travels and her home-cooking have inspired her vegetarian and vegan recipes. Irresistible.

‘Once again, Yasmin Khan invites her readers to the table for both the dishes she serves and the stories she tells. The two must always go hand-in-hand, of course, for behind every dish there is a person, a family, a journey, a narrative: a story of movement, change and migration.’ – Yotam Ottolenghi

Venue: Old Divinity School

Duration: 1 hour
